Display Steering group assists in hanging up Display Poster in Almada (Portugal)

9 décembre 2009, by Olivier | 613 Visits

On the 25th of November the members of the Display steering group were introduced to Almada’s Agenda 21 programme for schools by representatives of the Energy Agency and the City Council.

The following day they were able to see the fruits of this very creative work during a visit to the school of Frei Luis de Sousato. There was a lot of interactive discussion between the school children and the 16 partners, including De Montfort University, EuroACE, 7 cities, 4 local energy agencies and the Healthy Cities Czech Republic network.

The children were exposed to some of the different challenges faced in different European countries and of course the Display Campaign. Thanks to the excellent work already carried out within Agenda 21 and the new Display video the children did not have any problems understanding the poster and know that even though they are in class A they still need to improve their building’s performance.
