First Prize

PHILIPS Lighting offers the Winner the following two prizes:

  1. Lighting audit for one of your municipality’s primary or secondary schools: To help you with the challenge of making your lighting system more efficient, maintaining or improving its quality and complying with the energy codes or your energy saving goals. …..“Without rapid action the amount of energy used for lighting will be 80% higher in 2030 than today; however, if we simply make better use of today’s efficient lighting technologies and techniques, global lighting energy demand need, will be no greater at that time. Second Prize

  • A Thermographic Camera.: Thermographic analysis is a useful tool to identify the heat losses in a building, effectively assessing the actions required for energy conservation. Defective insulation of windows and walls, heat leakage through roofs, problems in the under floor heating system, and several other improvements to be made, can be detected by a well performed thermal analysis inside and outside your building.

Third Prize

  • 100 AquaClic-watersavers: Reducing water consumption in a building not only saves water directly but also saves energy that would have been used to heat and transport the extra water.
